  Features: Due to electrochemical corrosion, the average corrosion rate of carbon steel in the atmosphere and water is 5-20 times higher than that of zinc without protection. Traditional zinc spraying and aluminum spraying protection has an effective protection period of 5-10 years. Qifeng Company, through adjustments to the spraying material formula, can prepare a long-term protective composite coating with an effective protection period of 20-30 years.

  For example, the design and production of offshore wind power anti-corrosion coatings follow technologies from long ago. The porosity of coatings produced in this way is greater than 10%, and the bonding strength is only about 10 MPa, which is not ideal for long-term protection. Our company introduces foreign supersonic linear spraying equipment, and the spraying materials use a self-developed formula for marine corrosion protection (zinc-aluminum alloy+), with a coating porosity of 5%; bonding strength: 15 MPa, corrosion resistance and wear resistance are far superior to those of our peers.
